Thank you for inquiring about our catering and special event services.  We welcome the opportunity to assist you in planning your private event. 

 

The following pages of catering packages are designed to guide you in planning your special event.  You are certainly not limited to these menu selections.   Nor are you limited to using a “lunch menu” at lunch time.  Often guests prefer to offer full dinner options during the day.  We would be happy to help you to customize every aspect of your function.   Catering is a personal service and we look forward to the opportunity to work together with you. 

 

Lunch Packages

 

Casual Fare Buffet:

1.     Selection of small Sandwiches of Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, Turkey and American Cheese with Lettuce

2.     Greek Penne Pasta Salad (Penne Pasta, Feta Cheese, Red Onion, Cucumber and  Shredded Carrot in a Garlic Olive Oil Dressing

3.     Cole Slaw or Potato Salad

4.     Assorted Dessert Pastries

a.      Chicken Lippy – Grilled Chicken Breast Smothered in Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheeses, Bacon, and Mushrooms Served with Honey Mustard Sauce and Mashed Potatoes

b.     Blackened Chicken Penne – Creamy Penne Pasta with Blackened Chicken, Tomatoes, Peas, Pine Nuts and Parmesan Herb Butter
